Food supplement based on vitamins B3, B5, B2, B6, B1, B12, C, H, E, D3, folic acid, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium and lutein useful in case of increased need and/or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients.
Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous gluconate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), lutain (from Tagetes erecta-capitula), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, copper gluconate, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), L-selenomethionine, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, vitamin H (D-biotin).
Gluten free.

It is recommended to take only 1 tablet per day.
