DescriptionFood supplement based on micronized iron pyrophosphate, folic acid and vitamins C, B6 and B12, designed to support nutritional deficiencies or to maintain an adequate intake of these nutrients. In addition, iron, folic acid, vitamin C, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients
Iron [ferric pyrophosphate, maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin (E 322)], maltodextrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); bulking agent: cellulose (E 460); stabiliser: calcium phosphates (E 341); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E 464); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E 470b) and silicon dioxide (E 551); coating agent: talc (E 553b); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); coating agents: calcium carbonate (E 170), iron oxides and hydroxides (E 172) and polyethylene glycol (E 1521); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with plenty of water, preferably away from meals.
