Food supplement of B vitamins, may be indicated in the presence of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and biotin contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B12 and folate may be useful for reducing tiredness and fatigue, and the latter two also contribute to the normal function of the immune system, normal psychological function and intervene in the process of cell division. Gluten free.Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gelatin capsule; niacin (nicotinamide); vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B2 (riboflavin); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); folate (pteroyl monoglutamic acid); biotin; colors: E171, E172.
How to use
1 capsule per day which should be swallowed with a liquid, preferably in the morning at breakfast.
