Description
Food supplement based on alpha lipoic acid, epigallocatechin-3-gallate from green tea, Boswellia and resveratrol from polygonum, with B vitamins and vitamin D. Folic acid and selenium complete the formulation. Boswellia is useful for counteracting localized states of tension and improves joint function, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal psychological function and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Ingredients
Alpha lipoic acid; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) gum resin tit. at 30% in 3-acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid (AKBA), 95% epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze leaves]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and talc; yellow film (glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc; colorants: iron oxides and iron hydroxide), 98% resveratrol from knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc root), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium selenite, cholecaliferol (vitamin D).

How to use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is advisable to seek medical advice before using the product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. The product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by minors under 18 years of age and should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Conservation
Store in a cool (not exceeding 25°C) and dry place, away from light.
