Ingredients
S-adenosyl methionine sulphate tosylate, capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum; colouring: titanium dioxide); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), sodium molybdate, folic acid, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take one to two capsules per day during or after a main meal.
