Description
Creatine-based supplement, suitable for the diet of athletes, with the addition of minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. Creatine is useful for increasing physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short-duration activities*. In addition, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, B vitamins and vitamin C promote energy metabolism helping to counteract the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets one to three times a day at any time (5 to 15 tablets per day). Suggested before and after intense physical activity. Close carefully after use.
For the athletes' diet, you can take up to a maximum of 30 tablets (corresponding to 6 g of creatine) per day for no longer than a month.

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
