Description
Food supplement with magnesium citrate (equivalent to 300 mg of magnesium) and vitamin B2 (2 mg).
Magnesium and vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium citrate is well tolerated by the body. It is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, making it available for use by cells.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium B2 is a supplement useful in cases of reduced magnesium intake and increased magnesium requirement.
No artificial colors, dyes or sweeteners.

The human body needs about 300-375 mg of magnesium per day. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is involved in numerous reactions.
Magnesium and vitamin B2 have a synergistic action and together contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, sugar, dextrose, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate), natural flavours (orange: concentrated orange juice powder; lime: concentrated lime juice powder), riboflavin (vitamin B2).
Each sachet contains 2 g of magnesium citrate, equivalent to 300 mg of magnesium, i.e. magnesium ions (Mg2+).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet per day.
Empty the contents of a sachet into a glass and pour at least 150 ml of water. The drink is ready.
