Calm down
Food supplement based on Hops, Jujube, Valerian, Passionflower, Poppy, Melissa, Green Tea, Griffonia. It also contains Magnesium, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid and Vitamin B6. It does not contain GMOs, gluten and lactose.Hops and Valerian
They promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Jujube and Passionflower
They promote sleep and mental well-being.
Corn poppy
Counteracts states of tension.
Melissa
Antioxidant. Promotes relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.
Green tea
Antioxidant and tonic against physical and mental fatigue.
Griffonia
It promotes normal mood and mental well-being.
Magnesium and Vitamin B6
They contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal mental aptitude.
Niacin
It contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Pantothenic acid
It contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily before dinner and 30 minutes before bedtime.
