Description
Food supplement based on potassium and magnesium citrate.
It is particularly helpful in subjects undergoing intense fluid loss, such as heavy sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients undergoing therapy with drugs such as diuretics, laxatives or cortisone.

Tribasic potassium citrate, magnesium citrate.

How to use
It is recommended to take two sachets per day, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
LITHOS BUSTE should preferably be taken on a full stomach, by dissolving the sachet in a glass of water.
For different indications (prevention of kidney stones) follow the medical prescription.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
LITHOS BUSTE is contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
Concomitant administration of LITHOS BUSTE and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) may cause hyperkalemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor the progress of potassium levels.
No interactions with other drugs are known.
Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disturbances may develop such as: abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea. The tablet form may be particularly suitable for these subjects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
