DescriptionFood supplement based on alkaline salts of magnesium and potassium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism and, together with potassium, to normal muscle function. In addition, potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Finally, vitamin C is useful for normal energy metabolism and to protect cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients
Fructose; acidifier: citric acid; potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colouring: curcumin; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take two sachets per day; dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (250 ml) twice a day or the contents of two sachets in a water bottle or 1/2 litre of water.
