Description
Food supplement with sugar and sweetener, in soluble powder based on magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin C and mineral salts, designed for the preparation of a hypotonic electrolyte solution (Osmolality 200mOsm/kg of water) useful for reintegrating hydrosaline losses due to profuse sweating during intense physical activity.
Vegan friendly.
Aspartame free.

Ingredients
Dextrose, maltodextrin 25%, acidity regulator: citric acid; trisodium citrate; flavouring: blood orange; beetroot juice powder, trimagnesium citrate 1.56%, dibasic calcium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic potassium phosphate 1.08%; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener: sucralose; niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium-D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Property
Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions increase water absorption (rehydration) during exercise.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function; magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to electrolyte balance.

How to use
Dissolve 20 g of product, equal to a dose corresponding to two level tablespoons, in approximately 500 ml of water. It is preferable to take 50 to 100 ml at regular intervals of approximately 15-20 minutes.
Take 3 doses per day equal to 60 g of total product.
