Description
Vitamin and mineral food supplement with taurine, arginine, glutamine and creatine.
Contains potassium which contributes to normal muscle function; magnesium, iron, vitamin C and folic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, furthermore vitamin C and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism.
With sweetener.
Suitable for vegans.

Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), taurine, concentrated peach juice, flavouring, iron [ferric pyrophosphate, dextrin, sodium chloride, water; emulsifiers: soy lecithin, polyglyceride esters of fatty acids]; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

How to use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (5.7 g of powder) in 200 ml of water and take once a day.
