Food supplement based on alpha-lipid acid, carnitine tartrate, PEA, boswellic acid, B vitamins and vitamin D3.
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is an endogenous lipid compound that regulates many physiological processes effective in the treatment of pain from nerve compression, neuro-inflammation and neuro-toxicity. Alpha-lipoic acid is an important enzymatic cofactor involved in numerous metabolic processes of the cell to produce ATP. It also finds a particular use as a supplement in neuroprotection. Boswellic acid is a substance with notable anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic and analgesic properties, inhibits the action of chemical mediators of inflammation (leukotrienes). Carnitine is essential and allows the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria. Its integration finds valid use both in the metabolism of athletes, thanks to the production of energy, and in particular conditions of alteration of the metabolism. Carnitine exerts an antioxidant action both at cardiac level, promoting cardiovascular protection, and at muscular level. It improves the lipid profile by reducing any concentration of triglycerides and increasing HDL cholesterol. B vitamins present a set of essential substances, involved in numerous bodily functions.
