Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and minerals. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and together with folate contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Iron, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B2 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous bisglycinate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; colouring: titanium dioxide), zinc bisglycinate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; copper bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), sodium molybdate, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin (biotin).

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule per day, swallowed with plenty of water.
