Contains microencapsulated iron in a patented gastro-resistant formulation that ensures the controlled release of its components only at the level of the small intestine, giving the product excellent gastric tolerability and masking the unpleasant characteristic odor and taste of iron. Furthermore, the presence of iron in the form of bivalent salt, together with the presence of copper, guarantees excellent bioavailability of this microelement. The formulation is designed to increase salivation and allow the product to be taken without water. The pleasant pineapple aroma gives the product excellent palatability and increases compliance of those who take it.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
Iron, copper and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and iron and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
