Description
Multivitamin and multimineral supplement in effervescent tablets, enriched with ginseng, blueberry and royal jelly.
It is indicated for adults and the elderly who need support in case of poor dietary nutrient intake or increased needs.
Vitamins B2, B6 and C, biotin, copper, manganese and ginseng support energy metabolism.
Vitamins B2, B5, B6 and C, folic acid and ginseng help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins A, C, D3 and B12, zinc, copper and selenium support the immune system.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, C, biotin and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins A and B2, zinc and blueberry are useful for eyesight.

Ingredients
Acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; acidity regulators: sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate; sweetener: sorbitol; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), colouring: beetroot red; flavouring, ginseng dry extract (Panax ginseng CA Meyer, root) min. 10% ginsenosides, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50%), freeze-dried royal jelly, sweetener: sodium saccharin; blueberry dry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L., fruit) min. 15% anthocyanosides, niacin (nicotinamide), zinc lactate trihydrate, vitamin A retinyl acetate 11.5%, selenised yeast 0.2%, pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.1%, vitamin D (cholecalciferol) powder 0.25%, humectant: polysorbate 20 (E432); anti-foaming agent: dimethicone; manganese sulphate monohydrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), copper sulphate, riboflavin (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), folic acid, biotin (D-biotin).

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, dissolved in 200 ml of water, preferably in the morning.
