Description
Food supplement with sweeteners, based on amino acids and mineral salts indicated as a support for athletes and more generally in case of decreased intake or increased daily need of these substances. Magnesium and potassium are important because they contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. Magnesium also contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Contains creatine citrate which is very well soluble in water and rapidly assimilated and beta-alanine.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine L-aspartate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine citrate, L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality), taurine, potassium bicarbonate, potassium citrate, beta-alanine, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium salts of citric acid, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame K.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet, 2 times a day, preferably in the first part of the day, away from meals. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water, wait for the product to completely dissolve and drink immediately. The ideal period of intake is from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 30 days. Elderly subjects can also benefit by taking only one sachet per day.
