DescriptionFood supplement in sachets to dissolve in water, based on magnesium, vitamin D and B12, L-citrulline and coenzyme Q10. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Contains biphasic magnesium with 24h Bifase technology and provides (per daily dose) 80% of the Reference Nutritional Value of this essential mineral with multiple beneficial properties.
Ingredients
Biphasic magnesium [magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, beetroot fiber (Beta vulgaris L.); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizer: acacia gum], maltodextrin; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; flavoring; acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-citrulline, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), coenzyme Q10.
Gluten- free, naturally lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml) or preferably in 500 ml of water. Mix well before drinking. Any residue of non-solubilized powder inside the glass can be taken by adding a little water.
