Activated vegetable charcoal powder [Carbo vegetabilis (ex ligno)], maltodextrin; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets at least 30 minutes before a meal and 5 tablets immediately after a meal: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 g at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g immediately after a meal.
