Description
Food supplement consisting of a selected blend of 5 amino acids: creatine, arginine, alanine, glutamine and taurine.
With a mix of vitamins and minerals: vitamin B3, B6, B12, magnesium and selenium.
Vitamins B3, B6, B12 and C and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Selenium, vitamin B6, B12 and C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin C and selenium also help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and contributes to normal protein synthesis.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day.
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml), stir and drink.
