Description
Water kefir is a pleasant, slightly fizzy drink, rich in vitamins and lactic ferments.
The product is composed of powdered cultures of selected ferments, which allow you to produce thirst-quenching and healthy water kefir at home, in a simple and safe way.
Ingredients
Kefir mother ferments supported on *freeze-dried kefir, freeze-dried kefir lactic ferments supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); freeze-dried kefir lactic ferments and yeasts supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); dried yeast (genus saccharomyces).

How to use
Pour 2 liters of water into a clean container, at room temperature, add sugar and lemon.
Then pour the contents of the sachet, continuing to mix. Cover the container and leave to ferment for 48 hours.

Keep the ferments in a cool place (better in the refrigerator).
