Description
Water Kefir is a pleasant, slightly sparkling drink, rich in vitamins and lactic ferments.
The product is composed of powdered cultures of selected ferments, which allow you to produce refreshing and healthy Water Kefir at home, simply and safely.
Ingredients
Kefir mother ferments supported on *lyophilized Kefir, lyophilized Kefir lactic ferments supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); lyophilized Kefir lactic ferments and yeasts supported on various carbohydrates (sucrose, glucose, maltose and malt extract); dried yeast (saccharomyces genus).

Nutritional characteristics
Instructions for use
Pour 2 litres of water into a clean container, at room temperature, add sugar and lemon.
Then pour in the contents of the sachet, stirring continuously. Cover the container and let it ferment for 48 hours.

Contains traces of milk.
Storage
Keep the ferments in a cool place (preferably in the refrigerator).
