Buranei with cocoa and coconut glaze. Baked sweet product, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Gluten-free food preparation 49% (potato starch, rice flour, brown millet flour, maltitol; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; psyllium fiber), sugar, pasteurized eggs , margarine 14% (palm fat, sunflower oil, water; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of palm fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavorings; coloring: beta-carotene), vanillin, flavorings.
COVERING: cocoa glaze 3% of the total product [sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), low-fat cocoa powder 16%; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; vanillin], coconut 1.5% of the total product.
Gluten and lactose free.
