How to use
It is recommended to dilute 20 drops in a little water to take 1 mg of melatonin.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial action to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
