The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.It does not contain: milk derivatives, added sugars, added preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours, GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to dilute 20 drops in a little water to take 1 mg of melatonin.
The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
