SILICONE MENSTRUAL CUPDesigned and made to be folded and inserted into the vagina, allowing a more natural and ecological alternative to traditional sanitary towels.
Before use:
Make sure that the 4 holes on the top of the cup are open. Wash your hands and Si-Bell with warm water and a neutral soap. After rinsing it thoroughly, boil the cup in a container with plenty of water for 5/7 minutes. Your Si-Bella is now sterilized and ready to be used.
Dosage and method of use
It must be emptied, rinsed and reinserted every 4/8 hours. It can be used both day and night, while traveling or during sports (swimming, running, etc.) without any risk. Si-Bell is positioned lower than a tampon. After having carefully washed your hands, bend your Si-Bell into a “U” shape and hold it still, between your thumb and forefinger, as close to the base as possible. With your free hand, gently spread the labia majora and insert the cup into the vagina so that it is positioned about one phalanx from the entrance. Remove your fingers, the cup will open and position itself automatically.

Warnings
Use a soft brush to clean the ribs. You can turn your Si-Bell upside down to clean it inside and out. The small holes just below the neck of the Si-Bell help neutralize the sealing effect. It is essential that these holes remain free and not obstructed. If necessary, pass a small needle through.
