Designed and manufactured to be folded and inserted into the vagina, offering a more natural and ecological alternative to traditional sanitary pads.

Before use:
Check that the 4 holes on the top of the cup are open. Wash your hands and Si-Bell with warm water and a neutral soap. After rinsing thoroughly, boil the cup in a container with plenty of water for 5/7 minutes. Your Si-Bell is now sterilized and ready to use.

Instructions for use
It should be emptied, rinsed, and reinserted every 4/8 hours. It can be used day or night, when traveling or during sports activities (swimming, running, etc.) without any risk. Si-Bell is positioned lower than a tampon. After washing your hands thoroughly, fold your Si-Bell into a "U" shape and hold it firmly between your thumb and index finger, as close to the base as possible. With your free hand, gently spread your labia and insert the cup into the vagina so that it is positioned about one finger-joint from the entrance. Withdraw your fingers; the cup will open and position itself automatically.

Warnings
Use a soft brush to clean the ribs. You can turn your Si-Bell inside out to clean both the inside and outside. The small holes just below the neck of Si-Bell help neutralize the seal effect. It is essential that these holes remain clear and are not obstructed. If necessary, pass a small needle through them.
