Absolute WHEY, in addition to containing highly assimilable and soluble whey proteins, contains L-glutamine, an important amino acid for protein metabolism.

Directions for use
Dissolve two scoops (approx. 25 g) of powder daily in half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The total protein intake (diet plus supplement) should not exceed 1.5 g/day/kg body weight. In case of prolonged use (longer than 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, liver disease, pregnancy and under 12 years of age.
