Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and help bone health. Absolute WHEY, in addition to containing whey proteins with high assimilability and solubility, contains L-glutamine, an important amino acid for protein metabolism.

Ingredients
Whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier ( soy lecithin), L-glutamine, sweetener (sucralose).
Contains milk and soy .
It does not contain gluten .

How to use
Dissolve two scoops (about 25 g) of powder per day in half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt. Mix until smooth.
