The Joints & Muscles roller is recommended for athletes (before and after activity) and for people who suffer from acute or chronic muscle, joint pain (stiff neck, back pain, contractures, soreness, stiffness, etc.). The combination of the roller's massaging sphere and the 14 essential oils with relaxing scents (cajeput, Roman chamomile, clove, eucalyptus, wintergreen, juniper, lavandula, marjoram, peppermint, niaouli, nutmeg, pine, rosemary, turpentine) offers a natural and effective solution that combats pain and ensures well-being.
How to use
Shake the roller well and apply it to the painful joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The massage ball is ideal for self-massage of painful areas that promote muscle relaxation. It is also possible to use a larger quantity of product and complete with a manual massage, in this case wash your hands after use.
