Description
The Joints & Muscles roller is recommended for athletes (before and after activity) and for people suffering from acute or chronic muscle and joint pain (stiff neck, back pain, contractures, soreness, stiffness, etc.). The combination of the roller's massaging ball and 14 essential oils with relaxing scents (cajeput, Roman chamomile, clove, eucalyptus, wintergreen, juniper, lavandin, marjoram, peppermint, niaouli, nutmeg, pine, rosemary, turpentine), offers a natural and effective solution that combats pain and ensures well-being.
How to use
Shake the roller well and apply it to the aching joints or muscles (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The massaging ball is ideal for self-massaging painful areas, promoting muscle relaxation. It is also possible to use a larger amount of product and follow with a manual massage, in which case wash hands after use.
