Hook and loop closure.
Directions:
-post shoulder and elbow trauma;
-acute calcific enthesopathy of the shoulder;
-atraumatic rupture of the long head of the biceps;
-acute phase of glenohumeral and/or acromion clavicular arthritis;
-treatment of the hanging arm (brachial plexus injuries).
