Chiusura a strappo.
Indicazioni:
-post trauma spalla e gomito;
-entesopatia calcifica della spalla in fase acuta;
-rottura atraumatica del capolungo del bicipite;
-fase acuta di artrosi glenomerale e/o acromion claveare;
-trattamento del braccio pendulo (lesioni del plesso brachiale).
