Directions for use
For best use of the product, it is suggested to take:
1) Morning, 2 capsules before breakfast.
2) Midday, 2 capsules before lunch.
3) Evening, 2 capsules before dinner.
The capsules should be taken with a large glass of water.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or under 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To be taken with a low-calorie diet.
