How to use
For a better use of the product it is suggested to take:
1) Morning, 2 capsules before breakfast.
2) Noon, 2 capsules before lunch.
3) Evening, 2 capsules before dinner.
The capsules should be taken with a large glass of water.

Warnings
Not to be taken during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To be taken in low-calorie diet regimes.
