Ingredienti
Biscotto (52%): farina di riso, zucchero, burro, amido di mais, uova, sciroppo di glucosio, farina di grano saraceno, latte scremato in polvere, fibre vegetali (fibra di semi di psyllium, inulina); addensante: gomma di guar; destrosio, trealosio; agenti lievitanti: difosfato disodico, carbonato acido di sodio; sale, aroma.
Copertura al latte (25%): zucchero, grassi vegetali (palmisti), latte scremato in polvere, cacao magro in polvere, burro concentrato; emulsionante: lecitina di girasole; aroma naturale di vaniglia.
Crema mou (23%): sciroppo di glucosio, latte scremato condensato zuccherato, zucchero, acqua, burro di cacao, amido modificato di patata; addensante: agar-agar; aromi; emulsionanti: mono e digliceridi degli acidi grassi, lecitina di girasole; sale; acidificante: acido citrico; conservate: sorbato di potassio.
Può contenere tracce di frutta a guscio (pistacchi, mandorle, nocciole), soia.
