DescriptionBiscuit filled with mou cream and milk coating.
Ingredients
Biscuit (52%): rice flour, sugar, butter , corn starch, eggs , glucose syrup, buckwheat flour , skimmed milk powder, vegetable fibres (psyllium seed fibre, inulin); thickener: guar gum; dextrose, trehalose; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; salt, flavouring.
Milk coating (25%): sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, low fat cocoa powder, concentrated butter ; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring.
Mou cream (23%): glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk , sugar, water, cocoa butter, modified potato starch; thickener: agar-agar; flavourings; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; salt; acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of nuts ( pistachios , almonds , hazelnuts ), soy .
Gluten free.
