Formulated in the early 90s, it was the first food supplement to combine the recognized properties of melatonin with those of 3 phytotherapeutic plants: valerian, passionflower and Californian poppy, well known for promoting physiological sleep and excellent relaxation.
Ingredients
Valerian dry extract 0.8% valerenic acids 75 mg, passionflower dry extract 2% vitexin 50 mg, Californian poppy dry extract 0.2% protopine 50 mg, melatonin.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening, one hour before going to bed.
