Suitable for pregnant women during the first 3 months, women of childbearing age, athletes, children and adolescents, subjects who suffer from physical fatigue, blood donors, students, anemics. It is a nutritional supplement of iron in association with nutrients that improve its absorption and action and a natural preparation based on lactoferrin , iron, folic acid of high quality and can be taken by anyone, or according to medical advice.

Chelated rice iron (ferrous sulphate, rice protein, aspartic acid, citric acid), folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin C, lactoferrin with milk and milk derivatives, technological excipient.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably before the main meal.
