Fish oil powder (contains molluscs ); bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate [or E 341 (ii)]; capsule [gelatin; colouring: calcium carbonate (or E 170)], phytosterols 8.6%, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves es tit. 2.5% in chlorogenic acids, linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L., seeds) powder, red rice (Oryza sativa L., seeds) fermented by Monascus purpureus es tit. in monacolins, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (or E 551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (or E470b); Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), coenzyme Q10, niacin (nicotinamide), anise essential oil (Illicium verum Hook. f.), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), riboflavin, folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid), chromium picolinate.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your doctor, swallowed whole with a glass of water.
