Ensure Advance is scientifically formulated for muscle and bone health and proper immune system function. It contains HMB and protein which help to recover and maintain muscle mass. Calcium helps maintain normal bones and vitamin D promotes calcium absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and bones.

Directions for use
To prepare a 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is provided in the can) or 53.5 g of Ensure Advance. Mix or shake well to dissolve the powder.
1-2 servings of 230 ml per day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Storage
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place but not refrigerated. Use Ensure Advance immediately after reconstitution, or keep covered in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Shelf life when unopened: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks.
