Balanced powdered food supplement with protein, HMB and 27 vitamins and minerals.
Ensure Advance is scientifically formulated for muscle and bone health and the proper functioning of the immune system. It contains HMB and proteins that help recover and maintain muscle mass. Calcium helps maintain bones in normal conditions and vitamin D promotes calcium absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and bones.

Directions for use
To prepare a 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is provided in the jar) or 53.5 g of Ensure Advance. Stir or shake well to dissolve the powder.
1-2 servings of 230 ml per day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Storage
Once opened, store the jar in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated. Use Ensure Advance immediately after reconstitution, or keep covered in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks.
