Fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare ) fruit powder, vegetable charcoal, gelatin, chamomile ( Chamomilla recutita ) flower freeze-dried extract, caraway ( Carum carvi ) fruit powder, cumin ( Cuminum cyminum ) fruit powder, fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare ) essential oil, peppermint ( Mentha piperita ) essential oil.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules 1 or 2 times a day immediately after the main meals if the abdominal tension is due to digestive processes, away from meals in all other cases.
