These substances contribute to the ideal bioavailability of vitamin C and complement its antioxidant power. Vitamin C contributes to: the normal functioning of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal collagen formation for the function of bones, cartilage, teeth, gums, and skin, and increases iron absorption.

How to use
