Description
Food supplement based on psyllium, inulin and probiotics. Probiotics promote the balance of intestinal flora. Psyllium has a prebiotic effect; it also has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the normal volume and consistency of stool.
Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk, seeds with husk) powder, chicory inulin, maltodextrin; acidity regulator: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Saccharomyces boulardii SGSB01, Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11, Lactobacillus plantarum SGL07, Bifidobacterium breve SGB01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus SGL06.
Gluten , lactose and sweetener free.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 sachets per day to be dissolved in a glass of still water (200 ml).
1. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass and fill it with approximately 200 ml of still water.
2. Mix well for a few seconds and immediately take the resulting solution.
3. It is recommended to immediately follow up with another glass of water and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
The possible formation of gel, which occurs if the product is not taken immediately after the preparation of the solution, is characteristic of ABURIL. It is possible to remodulate the consistency of the preparation, increasing the quantity of water.
Warnings
The presence of fibers could delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, therefore, leave a period of at least 2 hours between taking ABURIL and taking the medicines. Do not take ABURIL together with antidiarrheal drugs. If ABURIL is taken to control diarrhea, if it persists for more than 2-3 days, it is necessary to consult your doctor. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
