It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed, with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
