Ricarica Sostegno is a food supplement based on creatine, arginine, beta alanine, minerals and vitamins. Vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, iron and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C, vitamin B1, magnesium and iron contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, magnesium oxide, orange flavouring, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colouring: beta-carotene; zinc L-pidolate, ferrous fumarate; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolving the contents in a glass of water (about 150 ml). The resulting product is orange flavored. It can be taken at any time of the day.
