Description
Fiber food supplement with sweeteners, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake.
Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata F., cuticle seeds), acacia fiber (Acacia senegal L., gum), cumin (Cuminum cyminum L., fruit powder), sweeteners.
How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day or up to 2 sachets as needed, preferably one hour before meals for cycles of at least 2 weeks.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in any drink (still water, milk, tea, fruit juices, etc.), liquid food or semi-liquid food (yogurt), mix well and take immediately, followed by a further glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
Conservation
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light.
