Ingredients
Maltodextrin, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); probiotics: L. rhamnosus GG, L. plantarum (299V); anti-caking agent: E 470b.
Gluten free.

How to use
1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule as is or open it and disperse the contents in 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or other warm or cold liquid. The product can be taken at any time of the day.
