Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, tryptophan, Boswellia with niacin, vitamin B2, and D. Magnesium, riboflavin, and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system; magnesium and niacin also contribute to normal psychological function. Boswellia counteracts localized tension. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and the immune system.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-tryptophan, BOSCAR [Boswellia resin e.s. (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), stearic acid, sunflower lecithin]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, polyethylene glycol, indigotine blue; niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a generous sip of water.
